The Healing and Restoration Campus (HARC) is more than a project—it’s the physical embodiment of a dream that’s been growing since Restorative Partners first opened its doors. Born from decades of walking alongside individuals impacted by crime, incarceration, addiction, and trauma, this campus is a bold and compassionate response to a critical question: What does it truly take to restore a life?

Restorative Partners has long believed that healing is possible when people are met with dignity, stability, and opportunity. We've witnessed the power of transformation—in jails, in reentry homes, in classrooms, and in quiet moments of breakthrough. But we also know that healing cannot be sustained without a place to land, to grow, and to belong.

That’s why HARC was envisioned—a 72-acre sanctuary where justice-involved individuals can access permanent supportive housing, job training, treatment, counseling, community, and purpose—all in one place. By purchasing and transforming this land, we are planting the seeds of restoration on a generational scale.

At its heart is a restored 1908 Victorian farmhouse—once a symbol of nurturing and care—now becoming the campus welcome center, program hub, and beating heart of this initiative. Surrounding it: homes, healing spaces, social enterprises, farms, training centers, and the chance for residents to rewrite their stories with dignity.

HARC represents the next chapter for Restorative Partners—a chapter that expands our capacity, deepens our impact, and roots our mission in the very soil of San Luis Obispo County. It’s where second chances are no longer the exception—they are the infrastructure.
